During my stay at Neapolitantrips Hotel, I encountered a mix of experiences. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating, providing great information about Naples. However, my nights were quite challenging with issues like noise and a power blackout that disrupted my sleep.

The triple room I stayed in was a bit cramped and faced some noise from the city, but it was exceptionally clean. I also noticed that the mattress was slightly worn on one side, which didn't make for the most restful sleep.

The service was amazing. The staff were always ready to help and even brought a laptop for me to watch Netflix since the room didn't have a smart TV. Their assistance made navigating Naples much easier.

My stay at Neapolitantrips Hotel was quite mixed. I loved the location, which was perfect for exploring Naples, but the noise from the courtyard made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room had some shortcomings that didn't justify the price.
